Property Identified

Through our network of over 20,000+ Agents, & Landlords we can identify properties specific to you for your needs.         

Property Assessed

We’ll submit all the information that you require so you can let us know if a property is to your specification. We’ll give you access to our bespoke system where you can see your entire pipeline.

Inspection

Use our national viewing solution or send your own teams, let us know what you think of the property and if any works are required!

Progression

Using the feedback from your viewing we’ll liaise and speak to the agent/landlord about getting all the necessary documents ready and completed.

Contracts Signed

We’ll either issue the agents contract or ask you to send out yours for everyone to sign.

Key Handover

Once all parties have executed on the lease or company let agreement then it’s time to collect the keys. We can arrange a key safe or a time for you to collect the keys from the agent!
